HHH LLC partners have extensive experience in critial project management.  Experience covers 30 plus years in managing projects from construction of residential treatment center facilities, system design and development, state and national software implementation for a human service organizations to development of service delivery programs and the project implementation process required to train, guide and lead complex service implimentation efforts.

Our Project Management process includes the extensive use of software tools like MS Project, Visio, Inspiration, and others to provide both the visual information as well as the resource allocation and scheduling information needed to facilitate bringing a project in on time and within budget requirements.
